Cheese of the Week: Udder Delights Goats Camembert

WORDS Stephanie Lewis

Tastes like: Salty, creamy goodness. Sounds gross, but whatever. It’s the all the goodness of a soft, gooey Camembert combined with the distinctive flavour of goat’s cheese. Weird at first, but it totally works. Just try to ignore the slight grey tinge and you’ll be fine. I demolished the wheel almost single-handedly while cooking dinner (and this was not a slow-cooked meal. I’m talking stir-fry speediness).

Cost me: Around $5. I lost the receipt so I can’t give you that super accurate amount like a proper reviewer would. Sorry.

Best with: Maggie Beer’s Quince paste and crackers. Feel the class.
