1 – 2 June: The Food, Wine and Sustainability Festival is a major community and tourism event on the Australian event calendar and takes place in the heart of Manly along The Corso and picturesque Manly Beach. www.manly.nsw.gov.au/whatson/taste-of-manly

5 – 16 June: The Sydney Film Festival is a major event on the NSW cultural calendar. The 12-day festival screens feature films, documentaries, short films and animation from around the world. sff.org.au

6 June: The Digital Design Seminar will be held at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA). It’s designed for students and people looking to get into the digital design world. There is also a discount for students and is being hosted by the Tractor Design School. futureofdesign.eventbrite.com.au

23 June: Enliven and enrich your Sunday afternoons with fellow Macquarie friends, alumni and students, for a series of musical performances in the newly refurbished Macquarie Theatre.
